At ASA Selection, we want you to be completely satisfied with your minimalist tableware and home decor. If your purchase doesn't perfectly complement your space, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully place the items in their original ASA Selection gift boxes and secure them in a sturdy shipping carton with sufficient protective padding to prevent breakage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed or covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned ceramics for quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
